Board of Directors

Mr. Birla is the chairman of the board of directors of Hindalco and chairman of the board of directors of Novelis. Mr. Birla also serves as chairman of several other companies that are members of the Aditya Birla Group.

Mr. Pai is managing director of Hindalco and a director of the Aditya Birla Group. He also serves on the Novelis board of directors, as well as the Compensation Committee.

Mr. Comerford serves as President and CEO of CMC Global, a consulting company specializing in international expansion. He also serves as Vice Chair of the Canada India Business Council and Chair of the Board of Trustees of Brock University.

Dr. Connelly is the Executive Director and CEO of the American Chemical Society (ACS) since 2015. Prior to joining ACS, he served as Chief Science and Technology Officer, and then as Chief Innovation Officer for the DuPont Company.

Mr. Sehgal is Executive Vice Chairman of Rothschild & Co. for the South & Southeast Asian region and also serves as Global Partner and Head of the Automotive sector. Mr. Sehgal aso serves as a director of Cyient Limited.

Mr. Maheshwari is the Chief Financial Officer and Whole Time Director at Hindalco Industries Ltd. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Utkal Alumina International Limited, a subsidiary of Hindalco.

Mr. Krishnamoorthy has served as a director of the Company since August 2026. He is a Fellow at Cybersecurity Board Reporting in Canada and an independent director of Circular Materials. Previously, Mr. Krishnamoorthy served as a partner in Deloitte Canada’s Risk Advisory practice for more than 25 years.

Mr.Fisher is President and Chief Executive Officer of Novelis Inc., the leading sustainable aluminum solutions provider and world leader in aluminum rolling and recycling.
