Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 9, 2023, Thomas Boney, Executive Vice President of Novelis Inc. and President, Novelis North America, departed the company. Novelis will announce a successor at the conclusion of a search conducted for that purpose.
