On March 18, 2020, Leslie J. Parrette, Jr., Novelis Inc.’s former Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Compliance Officer, departed the company. Novelis will announce Mr. Parrette’s successor at the conclusion of a search conducted for that purpose.
